The main difference between stainless steel stamping elbows and carbon steel elbows is the difference in material. The chemical composition contained in the elbow will keep the surface of the elbow from rusting for a long time and not easy to be corroded. Chrome stainless steel stamping elbows have certain corrosion resistance (oxidizing acid, organic acid, cavitation), heat resistance and wear resistance. Chrome stainless steel stamping elbows have poor weldability, so attention should be paid to the welding process and the selection of suitable electrodes before heat treatment. 2 Chromium-nickel stainless steel stamping elbows have good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and are widely used in chemical, fertilizer, petroleum, and medical machinery manufacturing. When the chromium-nickel stainless steel stamping elbow is welded, it is repeatedly heated to precipitate carbides, which reduces the corrosion resistance and mechanical performance. Chromium-nickel stainless steel stamping elbow coatings are available in titanium calcium type and low hydrogen type. Titanium-calcium type can be used for AC and DC, but the penetration depth is relatively shallow during AC welding, and it is easy to be red, so the stainless steel stamping elbow uses DC power as much as possible. 3. The chrome 13 stainless steel stamping elbow has greater hardenability after welding and is prone to cracks. If the same type of chromium stainless steel stamping elbow electrode is used for welding, preheating above 300℃ and slow cooling treatment at about 700℃ after welding must be carried out.
