How to solve the problem of unsmooth stripping in the precision metal stamping process-hardware

Precision metal stamping is made of metal raw materials, which are fed into the stamping die cavity in steps, and are punched by a stamping machine to produce precision metal stamping products. Also in production, the strips and products that often produce metal materials will not be stripped smoothly during manufacturing. How should this situation be resolved? Xiaoshuo shares with you a few points for your reference: (1) The stripper plate and the punch are too tightly matched, the stripper plate is inclined, the height of the equal height screw is not uniform, or other stripper devices are improper. The material screw adopts the form of a combination of a sleeve and a hexagon socket screw. (2) The die gap is too small, and the punch needs a large demolding force when it is separated from the material, which causes the punch to be bitten by the material, and the lower die gap needs to be increased. (3) The concave mold has an inverted cone, and the concave mold is trimmed. (4) The blanking hole of the concave die is not aligned with the leaking hole of the lower mold seat, and the leaking hole is trimmed. (5) Check the state of processed materials. The material is dirty and adheres to the mold, so that the punch is bitten by the material and cannot be processed. After punching the warped material, the punch will be clamped. If the warped material is found, it needs to be flattened before processing. (6) The dullness of the cutting edge of the punch and the lower die should be sharpened in time. A mold with a sharp edge can produce a beautiful cut surface. If the edge is blunt, additional punching pressure is required. Moreover, the section of the workpiece is rough, which produces a great resistance, causing the punch to be bitten by the material. (7) Use oblique edge punches appropriately. (8) Minimize wear, improve lubrication conditions, and lubricate plates and punches. (9) Insufficient spring or rubber elasticity or fatigue loss, replace the spring in time. (10) The gap between the guide post and the guide sleeve is too large, repair or replace the guide post and guide sleeve. (11) Accumulation of parallelism error, re-grind and assemble. (12) The hole on the pusher block is not vertical, so that the small punch is offset, repair or replace the pusher block. (13) The punch or guide post is not installed vertically, re-assemble to ensure verticality.
