(2) For some small punches, when punching, the blanking opening should not be too small, otherwise it will cause debris accumulation due to electrostatic attraction of the waste.  (3) Keep the punch and die cutting edges sharp, and add cutting oil in an appropriate amount, which is also helpful to prevent chip jumping.
