The stamping process is more common in the composite process. Because the stamping parts are large in size and complicated in appearance, precise positioning is difficult and moving is troublesome. Therefore, stamping parts mostly use compound molds, and very rarely use progressive molds. For narrow and long parts, sometimes multi-process molds or collaborative installation are not used for stamping molds. 3. The basic technological process of cold-extrusion stamping parts is the forming process, the press-side punching machine process and the reverse side plastic and beauty process. The molding process is an important process. In order to obtain sufficient plastic deformation and transformability of the stamping parts, and to improve the stiffness of the stamping parts, the forming process generally uses the deep drawing process instead of the pressing process. 4. In the application work, the cabinet has a large countertop and a press with a small pound-level relativity. The press regulations for suppressing automotive stampings are generally larger cabinet countertops during work to incorporate relatively large structural specifications. Because the stamping parts are thinner using plates and the deformation force is small, the reasonable load capacity of the press does not need to be very large. The precision of the press is also thin due to the use of plates in the stamping parts, the mold gap is small, and the precision of the stamping parts themselves are also relatively high.
