Highlights of parts produced in the field
Since its establishment in 2003, Fortuna has been dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of precision components, delivering high-quality customized solutions to global clients.   Equipped with imported 5-axis/6-axis CNC machines, high-speed stamping presses, and wire-cut EDM equipment, we achieve ultra-precision machining tolerances of ±0.01mm.   In critical applications such as AI robotic joint modules and sensor bases, we maintain concentricity errors within 0.005mm, significantly enhancing motion accuracy and dynamic performance.

We have established a comprehensive material processing system covering stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, and specialty alloys to meet diverse requirements including lightweight design, electromagnetic shielding, and thermal management.   Through a full-process quality control system—from raw material inspection and in-process visual monitoring to final comprehensive checks using CMM and 2.5D measuring instruments—we ensure strict compliance with all standards and achieve 100% quality traceability.

By integrating CCD vision inspection and 3D optical measurement technologies, we have built a dynamic tolerance database to guarantee precise matching and reliable operation of every component within AI robotic systems.

We have invested in the highest quality and standards. Our headset are current with trends and are of the newest technologies available.
Progressive Die Stamping:
This process completes multiple operations—such as punching and bending—in a single press stroke, eliminating the need for mold changes. Integrated with automated feeding and dynamic precision monitoring, it enables unmanned production. This method maintains product dimensional consistency within ≤±0.01mm and is suitable for stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and specially shaped materials.
Multi-Axis CNC Precision Machining
We are equipped with 40 Japanese 5-axis and 2 six-axis CNC machines. These machines are capable of machining diameters from 1.0mm to 32mm with an accuracy of 0.005mm. We specialize in complex structural parts, including AI server housings and robot joint modules, meeting stringent requirements for high precision, stability, and integration.
In-Mold Riveting Integrated Process
This process combines stamping and riveting within the die, effectively eliminating secondary positioning errors. With real-time sensor monitoring, the riveting speed reaches 100 times per minute. By significantly reducing subsequent assembly steps, this technique achieves high-efficiency, low-cost, and integrated precision manufacturing.
