ITT Global Procurement department visited Fortuna

Recently, a delegation from ITT Global Procurement department, a strategic partner specializing in high-end hardware customization, visited our company for in-depth discussions. The purpose of this visit was to discuss key customization projects currently underway by both parties and to conduct on-site inspections of our R&D capabilities and manufacturing capacity, laying a solid foundation for deeper and broader strategic cooperation in the future.

First, our project manager reported on the current progress of the customized project, solutions to overcome technical challenges, and the production schedule for the next phase. The client company highly praised our professionalism and problem-solving abilities demonstrated in the early stages of the project. Both parties exchanged views on core issues such as product design details, material selection standards, performance parameter optimization, and ensuring consistency in subsequent mass production, reaching several important consensuses.

Next, the clients visited our production and manufacturing center for a hands-on factory tour. They toured the precision mold workshop, the fully automated stamping production line, the CNC machining center, and the final inspection and packaging area.

Throughout the visit, our staff provided detailed on-site explanations of the production processes, process control, and quality inspection standards that the client was concerned about. The client was full of praise for the intelligent manufacturing equipment we introduced, the rigorous ISO quality management system, and the well-trained front-line operation team. In particular, when they saw the efficient and precise assembly achieved by automated robotic arms and the micron-level precision inspection using a coordinate measuring machine, the client frequently stopped to admire the equipment and engaged in in-depth discussions with our technical staff.

The client stated that through this in-depth face-to-face exchange and factory visit, they discovered that Fortuna has further improved its manufacturing capabilities, innovative R&D, and ability to quickly respond to customized needs. Furthermore, Fortuna's deep expertise in the hardware field and its relentless pursuit of quality have given the client greater confidence in future projects.
