Surface polishing: Surface polishing is generally used in daily necessities. By burring the surface of hardware products, the sharp corners are polished into a smooth face, so that it will not cause harm to the human body during use. 4. Alloy catalyst liquid technology: Alloy catalyst liquid is suitable for various metal materials, and it can be catalyzed as long as it can flow and soak. The product can be processed by heating to about 83°C at room temperature. During the processing, the metal soaking time is generally about 15-20 minutes. After soaking, wash it with clean water and air dry it before use. Sealed and stored under normal temperature and pressure for up to 3-5 years without deterioration. The application range of alloy catalyst fluid is very wide. It has applications in the aviation industry, automobile industry, petrochemical industry, textile industry, hardware industry, mechanical equipment, electronics and electrical engineering, food, medicine and other fields. 5. Oxidation treatment: Oxidation treatment is mainly anodic oxidation, chemical oxidation, and micro-arc oxidation. In the wear test and corrosion resistance test, the surface morphology, oxide layer thickness, friction resistance and corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy after three surface treatments were analyzed and compared in detail. The surface treatment results of metal stamping parts show that after different surface treatments, the aluminum alloy surface can form oxide films of different thicknesses, the surface hardness and friction resistance are significantly increased, and the alloy corrosion resistance is also improved to varying degrees. In terms of overall performance, micro-arc oxidation is better than anodic oxidation, and anodic oxidation is much better than chemical oxidation. As for how to choose the right surface treatment?
