About Dongguan Fortuna
Dongguan Fortuna was established in 2003. It has a factory area of 16,500 square meters and 260 employees. It is a production enterprise specializing in precision metal stamping parts, precision CNC processing, injection molding and product assembly. In 2022，Our company has established a Japanese Office.
Company has obtained IATF16949:2016, ISO14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 quality system certificate. Products are widely used in home appliance, communication equipment, auto parts, new energy vehicles and aviation filed. Product quality and affordable price won the praise of customers. Products are exported to Japan, USA, Germany, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Norway and other countries. The factory is located in the Matigang Industrial Zone, Dalingshan Town, Dongguan City, a famous manufacturing city, 500 meters away from the highway intersection and 40 minutes drive from Shenzhen Airport.
The Capacity Of Company
The factory has strong technical force, with 45 professional mold technicians and 5 mold design engineers, from product evaluation to mold design, manufacturing, assembly and production, a one-stop service. There are 85 sets stamping machines, punching tonnage from 25-300 tons, stamping speed can reach 1200 times/ min. We can produce different material with thickness 0.1-5.0MM, Single stamping terminal monthly maximum capacity is 30 million pieces, shrapnel is 5 million pieces. At present, the utilization rate of equipment stamping equipment is 60%.
The factory has 40 sets of 5-axis CNC machines and 2 sets of 6-axis CNC machines that imported from Japan. The processing diameter is from 1.0-32MM, the processing precision is 0.005MM, and it can process different materials. The current equipment utilization rate is 70%. In order to providing auto products to customers,Fortuna guided TS 16949 certificate and implemented 6S onsite management. We successfully became the third tier Supplier of Volkswagen. This year, Fortuna bought high precision CNC lathes from Japan and started CNC turning business.
We started to cooperate with Amphenol(American company)、TDK (Japanese company), Panasonic (Japanese company) and Erich Jaeger(German company). To meet the high quality requirements of customer standards,we introduced various advanced quality equipments to guarantee the accuracy of products.
It was a big step in 2007, Fortuna obtained ISO 9001 quality certificate and IS0 14001 certificate. This year, we were verified by Bitron(Italian company) and Emerson (American company). Currently, Fortuna has been building more than 15 years long-term business cooperation with them.
We expanded the scale of factory to the area of 6,000 square meters and brought 30+ advanced stamping machines from Japan and Taiwan. Fortuna was also verified by NEC (Japanese company) and started our first cooperation and opened global business market
