Progressive Die High-Speed Stamping
Fortuna has over 20 years of stamping experience and owns 85 high-speed punching machines, capable of reaching speeds of up to 1,200 times/min. They can process material thicknesses ranging from 0.1mm to 5mm, with a precision of ±0.01mm. Fortuna utilizes progressive die stamping, which enables complex multi-step bending, shallow drawing, and embossing within the same die.

This high die precision and press stability ensure burr-free products and a leak-tight sensor assembly. Progressive die stamping is suitable for large-volume orders in the millions, shortening lead times and offering a lower unit cost than other processes.
Precision CNC Machining
Fortuna obtains 42 precision CNC lathes capable of machining parts with diameters ranging from 1.0mm to 32mm, achieving a machining accuracy of 0.005mm. CNC machining can meet the demands of various materials, including stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys, and iron, meeting the strength, weight, corrosion resistance, and conductivity requirements of various applications.

Fortuna utilizes 5/6-axis turning precision CNC machining equipment to process complex parts while ensuring extremely high geometric and positional tolerances and accuracy.
Assembly Services
To meet customers' needs for functional integration and cost reduction, Fortuna offers assembly services such as in-mold riveting, fully automated riveting, screw locking, ultrasonic welding, and laser welding.
