The processing diameter is from 1.0-32MM, the processing precision is 0.005MM, and it can process different materials. The monthly processing capacity of single product is 200,000 pieces. The current equipment utilization rate is 70 %.

Currently, our company has 42 sets CNC machines, all of which are high-precision processing equipment imported from Japan. The main brands are Star and Tsugami.
The equipment is operated using highly intelligent and advanced programming software. Its temperature compensation system and multi-axis linkage control system take into account various factors to ensure accuracy while realizing a variety of processing methods to meet different processing needs.

Using the front and rear ends to cooperate with each other, when processing long-axis parts, it can prevent material deformation or deviation and achieve high-precision composite processing;

We have also integrated these tools with some other quality processes to ensure added value and excellence.
In order to achieve the high quality requirements of customers with zero defects, we have introduced 6 sets of CCD automatic inspection equipment to directly realize the visual inspection and size inspection during production.
