How can we achieve the production speed required to stamp parts on time and within budget? Fortuna uses 10 slow-wire machines
(Mitsubishi、Sei bu) imported from Japan to process molds and parts. The highest accuracy can reach 0.001mm. This fully ensures the accuracy and durability of mold manufacturing, thereby increasing stamping speed and service life. At the same time, Fortuna has introduced multiple imported high-speed punch machines to efficiently and stably produce thousands of terminal products per minute.
MOLD DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING
Our engineers design and produce molds in-house using highly customized, state-of-the-art Solidwork, Pro/E, and Auto CAD modeling software to achieve advanced metal stamping production.
