HIGH-SPEED STAMPING WITH PROGRESSIVE DIE
In order to meet the needs of customers with guaranteed quality and quantity within the budgeted time, Fortuna has introduced two new slow wire machines and a large water mill with an accuracy of 0.001um on the basis of the original ones. Two hand grinding machines are used to process molds and parts. Because we pay more attention to the improvement of product quality, we can also ensure the accuracy and durability of mold manufacturing, thereby increasing the stamping speed and service life of the product. So far, Fortuna has introduced more than 70 high-speed punching machines, and each punching machine can efficiently and stably output thousands of end products per minute.
MOLD DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING
Our engineers design and produce molds in-house using highly customized, advanced Solidwork, Pro/E and Auto CAD modeling software, and the yield rate of our stamping products is as high as over 98%. This ensures maximum productivity and cost efficiency for customer projects, especially in terms of reducing the costs typically associated with changes during the design phase, resulting in a win-win between the company and the customer.
DESIGN PROTOTYPE
Every development process we design and produce will be tested, and we use the test results to improve and perfect the design and select the most appropriate manufacturing technology. We carry out prototype design, produce 3D drawings, and make molds according to customer needs. MOLD DESIGN
1. Our mold design engineers have a bachelor's degree or above and more than 15 years of professional mold design and development experience.
2. The processing accuracy of mold inserts can be guaranteed to be 0.002MM, and the overall assembly accuracy of the mold can be guaranteed to be within 0.02MM. Our mold technology can produce small holes with a punching diameter of 0.2mm, and the product tolerance can be within 0.02mm.
STAMPING
It has 70 sets of stamping equipment. The material thickness we can produce ranges from 0.1-5.0mm. The fastest stamping speed has reached 1200 times/minute. At present, the utilization rate of the stamping machine is 50%, with a maximum monthly production capacity of 20 million pieces of single-piece stamping terminals and 5 million pieces of metal springs.
- CNC MACHINING
Purchased 40 sets of 5-axis CNC machine tools and 2 sets of 6-axis CNC machine tools from Japan, totaling 42 CNC lathes. The main equipment brand suppliers are Star and Tsugami. The equipment we purchase can meet the functional and structural requirements of different fields and turning products. CNC machining parts can be processed with a diameter of 1.0-32MM, and the processing accuracy can reach 0.005mm. The current equipment utilization rate is 70%.
