Auto Expand
No modeling is required. It can be automatically expanded through ordinary three-view planes. Some software also has this function, but the operation of V6 is very simple and convenient.
For example, the picture on the right and the left is a common three-view view with stamped parts removed. The thickness element must be removed first when using V6 to expand. It becomes as shown in the picture on the right.
In this way, using the automatic expansion function of V6 can become the expanded view shown in the lower right figure. The whole process only takes a few minutes.
Moreover, the unfolding experience can be saved in the software, so you don't need to check the information in the future, just a few simple operations can ensure that your unfolding is 100% accurate. It is worth mentioning that the material table of V6 contains many parameters of the material, such as the density, strength, hardness, etc. of the material, that is to say, after you select the material, some parameters will remain in your drawing. It will be used when calculating other parameters during your mold design.
Second, automatically draw the layout bar graph
You can try different nesting methods. There are nesting instructions on the top of the layout drawing. According to the process and material utilization rate, we choose 1 to make the strip.
The design of the station is made on the layout drawing, and the design of each station is very flexible and fast. .
If you modify the product or design method at this time, just modify the layout drawing and regenerate the strip. Especially after your mold design is completed, you can still modify the strip layout, and the mold will be automatically updated. This is something that no other software can do.

The first thing to note is that the output of V6 is not one-way. You can also modify the graphics by modifying the annotations. And as long as you modify one size, other related sizes are automatically updated, and the graphics are automatically updated. No need to interfere.
As shown in the figure above, select the template, insert, punch, die core, etc. you want to produce when drawing the drawing. After selecting, click GO and the corresponding drawing will be automatically generated.
Labeling conforms to the habits of most companies. As I mentioned above, if you modify the size of the hole table in the right picture, the hole on the corresponding picture will automatically move to the corresponding position. At the same time, the positions of corresponding holes on other templates will also be automatically changed, and the hole table size will also be automatically updated. Similarly, if you modify the diagram, the hole table will be automatically updated, and the diagrams and hole tables of other templates will also be automatically updated.
No need to interfere. It avoids the cumbersome manual modification, and also avoids negligence and forgetting to modify the corresponding template.
Mold Design
Here can be completely customized and set according to the company's habits, such as your commonly used mold bases, bolt installation, template settings, etc. These settings can be imported at one time, and all template drawings will be generated at one time after importing. As shown on the right (bottom template). easy to understand. And you can also add other organizations commonly used by the company in the customization. Such as detection devices, small guide posts, etc.
The picture below is the mold design manager, through which you can view other templates, assembly drawings, side views, and strip diagrams at any time. The design made on any template can be automatically made on other related templates. For example, if you design a screw on the lower template, define the installation relationship from the lower template to the lower mold base, then the lower mold base will automatically generate screw holes .
For the design of punching, bending, and forming stations, V6 can also be easily completed. The following is the dialog box designed by each station, which can be seen very intuitive. As long as you choose blanking or bending or forming, then choose the type to be designed, press plate type, reinforced type or bolted type. There will be an icon next to it. After selection, all relevant parts and holes can be automatically generated on all templates. You can select the template you want to see through the mold design manager. Very convenient.
