Several structural forms and their characteristics of commonly used bending dies

by:Fortuna     2021-03-04
The commonly used bending dies in stamping production in stamping parts processing plants are mainly as follows: 1. The upper die of the simple bending die is composed of a bending punch and a die handle, and the lower die is composed of a bending die and a base, a stopper pin and a top. Consists of a rod and spring. There is a positioning groove on the die and a stopper pin to ensure the correct position of the blank on the die. The ejector rod and the spring in the middle of the die form an ejector device to facilitate the ejection of the product after bending. When the mold is working, the blank is placed between the positioning groove of the concave mold and the stopper pin, and the ejector pin is pressed down while the sheet is bent. After bending and forming, when the convex mold returns, under the elastic force of the spring, the parts are ejected from the concave mold through the ejector rod. Using a simple bending die, stamping and bending product parts of various shapes of V, U, U and Z, its characteristics are: simple structure, easy manufacturing and processing, but low production efficiency and processing accuracy, only suitable for small Batch production of bent parts. 2. Compound bending die When the die is working, put the sheet on the unloading plate. When the upper die moves down with the slider, the sheet material is first completed blanking-punching process under the action of the punch, die and punching punch, and the punched blank is placed between the core support punch and the punching punch. between. When the upper mold continues to drop, the bending die will move to the back side of the mold away from the core punch under the action of the oblique wedge. After the blanking is completed, the upper die will rise with the press, and the bending die will be inclined. Under the action of the tension of the wedge and the tension spring, it moves to the center of the mold. It just touches the falling blank and interacts with the core-supporting punch, and the blank after blanking and punching is bent into shape and exits the mold. Therefore, the sheet metal can complete the compound action of blanking, punching and bending at the same time under one stroke of the press, so that the product parts can be formed at one time. In this way, it is repeated continuously, and every stroke of the press machine can obtain a shaped and curved product. Although this mold has a complex structure and is difficult to manufacture and process, it has high production efficiency and is convenient for automation and mass production of parts. 3. When the continuous bending mold is working, the strip is positioned by the stop nail and the guide plate. When the upper mold is lowered, the blanking punch will cut the strip. After the blanking parts in the concave mold are full, when the upper mold rises, the sliding block pushes the cut-off parts one step forward under the action of the spring. When the upper mold is lowered again, the bending punch will bend the cut blank into a'U' shape and push it forward. When the upper mold is lowered again, under the action of the side-bending wedge, the U-shaped piece is pressed and formed by the fixed plate, the lever plate, and the side-bending slider. When the upper mold rises, the core block is retracted under the action of the spring, and the unloading plate unloads the product parts from the blanking hole. The mold has a complex structure and is difficult to manufacture, but it is formed at one time without waste. If it can be equipped with an automatic feeding mechanism, it can realize automated mass production. 4. General bending mold The mold is mainly composed of a punch, left and right concave modules, positioning plate and top block. The concave mold is made into two left and right pieces, which are respectively fixed on the lower template, and an elastic ejector is installed at the bottom of the lower template. After the parts are bent and formed, the top block pushes out the bent parts through the elastic ejector. The blank before bending is positioned by the positioning plate. This mold has simple structure and strong versatility, and can press V-shaped and U-shaped parts of any shape and size. 5. Automatic bending mold In cold stamping production, in order to improve production efficiency, an automatic feeding device is installed on the mold to realize automatic production. The mould is a nip roller type automatic feeding-cutting-bending compound mould structure. When the mold is working, when the upper die moves down with the slide of the press, the movable nip roller is moved to the left with the help of the inclined wedge. At this time, the nip roller is loosened, and the fixed nip roller clamps the material, so the material does not follow the movable nip roller. move to the right. At this time, the strip is cut by the punch, and bent into shape by the bending punch. When the upper die rises with the sliding block, the movable pinch roller moves to the left under the action of the spring and clamps the strip, while the fixed pinch roller is loosened to feed the strip a distance. When the upper mold is lowered again, repeat the above-mentioned cutting and bending action to form the part. Although this mold is complicated in structure and difficult to manufacture and adjust, it has high production efficiency. It can realize the whole process of automatic feeding, cutting and bending, and is suitable for the production of large batches of curved parts.
