There are three kinds of holes on automobile stamping parts, which are the three?

Automobile stamping parts are generally obtained by punching the required holes and profiles on the material. The positions and sizes of the holes and profiles are required to be consistent with the drawings, and the error is within the tolerance specified by the industry. The surface must be good and free of burrs. Obvious defects such as sharp corners and scratches, holes and profiles are the main elements of automotive stamping parts; according to the body and the demand for stamping parts, the holes on the stamping parts can be divided into three categories; mounting holes, positioning holes, and process holes 1. Mounting holes refer to the holes required to install the chassis, interior trim and accessories on the car body. It is matched with the standard parts installed. The size and shape are determined by the standard parts according to the purpose; generally there are square holes, round holes and long holes. Three types, square holes are matched with square standard parts, such as plastic buckles, round holes and long holes are matched with bolts and other standard parts, the inner diameter should be 0.5mm larger than the outer diameter of the standard parts such as bolts, and the surface shape is a standard A round hole is a round hole. The position of this hole is required to be very accurate. There is no adjustment margin when installing accessories, so the long hole is more used. Due to the needs of the body and the stamping process, the shape of the long hole is designed It is composed of a square and two semicircles, which will ensure a certain adjustment margin when installing the accessories, so that the accessories can be accurately and conveniently installed on the body; 2. The positioning hole refers to the body welding used for positioning For the holes of automobile stamping parts, because the position of the car body is required to be very accurate, the positioning holes are usually round holes in most cases, and there are very few positioning holes designed to be square due to special needs. This kind of hole requires a large and small position when punching. Very accurate; 3. The process holes include the gaps intentionally left for the convenience of installing accessories, the holes for the flow of swimming fluid during electrophoresis, the gaps designed for modeling and reducing the weight of stamping parts, and the gaps that have to be designed for formability. The process holes are of different shapes, sizes, and positions. The process holes are generally determined by the purpose, shape and stamping process. It should be noted that in the design of automotive stamping parts, the above three kinds of holes are not mutually exclusive. Independent, such as positioning holes can also function as process holes, and process holes can also be used as positioning holes. Automobile stamping parts factories should flexibly grasp the difference between these three kinds of holes according to the actual situation. The mounting hole can be used as a process hole in special cases, but generally cannot be used as a positioning hole, because the positioning hole is designed to be a long hole in most cases, which will cause a relatively large error when positioning. Secondly, the mounting hole is in the welding A matching standard part such as a projection weld nut or weld stud will be welded before. If it is used as a positioning hole forcibly, a pin with a special shape and difficult to machine will be required on the fixture, and the positioning may not be accurate; recommended articles: What should be paid attention to in the processing of stepped deep drawing parts?
