The bending forming of stamping parts refers to the processing method of forming the ring material to the required shape, referred to as bending; the stamping forming process of bending metal plates, pipes and profiles into workpieces with a certain curvature, shape and size. Bending forming is widely used in the manufacture of high-pressure vessels, boiler drums, steel plates and ribs of ship hulls, various utensils, instrumentation components, and cabinet inserts. When the material is bent, the stress state of each part in the deformation zone is different. The part that does not deform in the middle of the cross section is called the neutral layer. Metals other than the neutral layer are subjected to tensile stress, resulting in elongation and deformation. The metal within the neutral layer is subjected to compressive stress, resulting in compression deformation. Since the stress and strain directions of the metals on both sides of the neutral layer are opposite, when the load is removed, the directions of elastic deformation and recovery of the metals on both sides of the neutral layer are opposite, causing different degrees of rebound. Although the bending deformation is limited to a local area of u200bu200bthe material, the rebound effect will affect the accuracy of the bending part. There are many influencing factors of spring-back, and these factors are difficult to control. The accuracy of bending parts caused by spring-back has always been the key to bending production. (1) For simple bending stamping parts, such as V-shaped, U-shaped, L-shaped, Z-shaped, etc., one-time bending can be used. For curved parts with complex shapes, multiple bending forming is generally required. (2) For multi-angle bending stamping parts, the deformation will affect the shape accuracy of the bent parts. Therefore, the outer corners should be bent first, and then the inner corners should be bent later. The previous bending should leave a reliable positioning for the subsequent bending, and ensure that the subsequent bending does not damage the shape of the previous bending; (3) The structure is asymmetrical bending parts, the blanks are prone to offset during bending, and pairs should be used as much as possible The process method of cutting after bending, the number of bending of the bending part and the process arrangement must be comprehensively considered according to the complexity of the shape of the workpiece, the performance of the material, the level of precision requirements, and the size of the production batch.
