The stamping parts processing plant must produce a qualified high-quality stamping die. In addition to ensuring the machining accuracy of its mold parts, it also needs a reasonable and correct assembly process to ensure the assembly quality of the mold. The assembly process varies depending on the mold structure and parts processing technology, and the assembly center link must ensure the uniformity of the gap between the convex and concave molds. Since stamping die manufacturing belongs to single-piece small batch production, repairing and adjustment methods are often used in the assembly process to ensure assembly accuracy. The key points of the die assembly process are: (1) Choose the standard parts of the assembly screen. When assembling, you must first select the correct parts. The principle of selecting reference parts is determined according to the dependence of the main parts of the mold during processing. Companies that can be used as assembly reference parts include a punch, a die, a guide plate, and a fixed plate. (2) Assembly of components. Component assembly refers to the assembly work of connecting two or more parts into one component according to the specified technical requirements before the final assembly of the mold. Such as the assembly of the mold base, the assembly of the male and female molds and the fixed plate, the assembly of the parts of the unloading and pushing mechanism, etc. These components should be assembled according to the functions of the parts, which will ensure the assembly accuracy of the entire mold. (3) Overall assembly. Final assembly is the process of combining parts and components into a complete stamping die. Before final assembly, the reference parts for assembly should be selected and the assembly sequence of the upper and lower molds should be arranged. When assembling with the guide plate as the reference, the punch should be installed into the fixed plate through the guide plate, and then the lower mold should be fitted through the upper mold. In the final assembly, when the mold parts are loaded into the upper and lower templates, first install the reference parts, and then tighten the screws and drive the pins after the inspection is correct. The other parts are assembled with reference parts, but do not tighten the screws first, and tighten them after adjusting the gap and passing the test punch. (4) Adjust the gap between the convex and concave molds. When assembling the mold, the uniformity of the gap between the convex and concave molds must be strictly controlled and adjusted. After the clearance is adjusted, the screws and pins can be tightened. (5) Inspection and debugging. After the mold is assembled, the assembly accuracy must be ensured, and the specified technical requirements must be met, and the functions of each part of the mold must be inspected in accordance with the technical conditions for mold acceptance. The mold is tested under actual production conditions, and the mold is adjusted and corrected according to the test mold parts. When the test mold is qualified, the mold processing and assembly are basically completed. Recommended article: The thickness of the mold material has many effects on stamping processing.
