1. Raw materials

Layers, etc. will directly affect the coating effect and produce defects. The unevenness of the aluminum coil substrate, uneven film thickness, and poor edge deflection will also directly affect the product quality and overall use. Therefore, the selection of raw materials should be strictly controlled.

2, equipment

The coating line requires the coating equipment to be intact, the coating equipment must run smoothly, and there must be no horizontal and vertical jitter, and the coating roller must be finely ground. The lateral runout of all rollers of the coating machine must be controlled within the allowable range, otherwise it will seriously affect the surface quality of the coating.

3. Process

The coating process is closely related to the quality of the coating, and the relative linear speed ratio of the coating roller, paint stripping roller, metering roller and substrate is required to be controlled within a certain range. It is necessary to set a certain viscosity range for the coating according to different systems and the film thickness of the coated product to ensure the smooth progress of the coating and promote the improvement of product quality. The curing process of the coating and the oven control must be controlled as required, and should not be changed arbitrarily, otherwise it will seriously affect the color difference and performance of the coated product.
