Continuous die is a kind of multi-task sequential punching die, that is, there can be multiple processes in one die, so it has high efficiency, high safety, and easy automation. When designing a continuous mold, the focus is on layout, which is the process analysis of the product, which is related to the accuracy of the product and the stability of the mold.  2. The design requirements for continuous die design include issues related to punching, bending, positioning, elastic parts, connectors, templates, anti-jumping requirements, explosion-proof design and other aspects.  3. For punches with a punching diameter of less than 2mm, a small splint must be made to be stable and meet the requirements of the quick-release structure.  4. All the dovetail grooves of the bending block must be rounded above R3, and the angle of the slider should be greater than 45 degrees as much as possible.  5. The compression of the spring must be within the safe life range. It is designed for 1 million times. The spring box punching plate is best to be set corresponding to the stripping plate. Try not to cross between two stripping plates.
