One Stop Solution Manufacturer for all kind of Stamping Products and CNC lathed products.
9SiCr
Performance: Commonly used low-alloy tool steel with high hardenability, hardenability and tempering stability. It is suitable for graded quenching and austempering, with less deformation due to heat treatment.
Use: Used to manufacture tools with complex shapes, small deformation, high wear resistance, and low-speed cutting, such as drill bits, thread tools, dies, taps, reamers, thread rolling boards, rolling wheels, gear milling cutters, and Machine dies, printing dies and other dies are also used to manufacture cold rolls, correction rolls and slender parts.
Production varieties: hot-rolled material, forging material, cold-drawn material, hot-rolled steel plate, cold-rolled steel wire, silver-bright steel wire.
8MnSi
Performance: It is made by increasing the content of silicon and manganese on the basis of carbon tool steel T8. As the content of silicon and manganese is increased, the hardenability of steel is improved.
Usage: Used to make wooden tools, such as chisels, saw blades and other knives, and also used for disc saw blades, insert bodies, etc.
Production varieties: hot-rolled steel, forged steel, cold-drawn steel. (Guide: Introduction to several classifications of CNC tools and analysis of selection skills)
CrO6
Performance: Low-alloy measuring tool steel with a small amount of chromium can obtain higher hardness and wear resistance after heat treatment. Due to the high carbon content, it is easy to form network carbides, which affects its performance, especially the brittleness of tools with large cross-sections, especially thin-blade large cross-section tools.
Usage: Used to manufacture low-load operation and sharp-edged knives, such as surgical knives, razor blades, razors, engraving knives, files, scrapers, wool scissors and other manual and motorized knives.
Production varieties: hot-rolled steel, forging, cold-drawn steel, hot-rolled steel plate, cold-drawn steel wire, silver bright steel wire
Cr2
Performance: Chromium-containing measuring tool steel is made by adding a certain amount of chromium on the basis of carbon tool steel T10. Its chemical composition is similar to ball bearing steel GCrl5. Due to the inclusion of chromium, the hardenability, hardness and wear resistance of the steel are higher than that of the carbon tool steel T10, and the size change is not large during the heat treatment, quenching and tempering.
Usage: Used to manufacture measuring tools, such as templates, gauges, block gauges, ring gauges, thread plug gauges, sample columns, pallets, sample sleeves, etc., and can also be used to manufacture cold work molds such as drawing dies and cold heading dies As well as cutting tools with low speed, small feed volume, and not very hard materials, such as turning tools, slotting tools, reamers, etc. and cam pins, eccentric wheels, cold rolls, etc.
Production varieties: hot-rolled materials, forging materials, cold-drawn materials, hot-rolled steel materials, drawn steel wires.
9Cr
Performance: a cutting tool steel with chromium content, because it contains a certain amount of chromium, the hardenability of the steel is improved, even if it is quenched in oil, it can obtain higher hardness, and after proper heat treatment, it has good wear resistance The distribution of carbides is relatively uniform.
Usage: Used to manufacture cold tool dies, stamping die punches and dies, impression dies, ether woodworking tools, etc., and also used to manufacture cold rolls and calender rolls.
Production varieties: hot-rolled materials, forging materials, cold-drawn materials, hot-rolled steel plates, cold-rolled steel wires, small and medium-sized modules can be supplied according to the requirements of the buyer.
W
Performance: Measuring tool steel containing 0.80%~1.20mm% (mass fraction), the hardness and wear resistance after quenching are higher than that of carbon steel tool steel, the overheating sensitivity is also lower than that of carbon tool steel, and the heat treatment is deformed It is also small, it is not easy to produce cracks during water quenching, and the tempering stability is better. Because of its low hardenability, it is usually only used to make tools with small cross-sections. Generally, parts with a thickness of 10mm~15mm or less can obtain uniform high hardness, and its hardness is HRC64~66.
Usage: Used to manufacture tools with small cross-sections, such as small twist drills, as well as cones, dies and manual reamers with low cutting speed and low working temperature.
Production varieties: hot-rolled material, forging material, cold-drawn material, cold-drawn steel wire, silver bright steel wire.
