The smooth leveling die is mainly used for the leveling of small metal stamping parts made of soft metal (such as aluminum, soft brass, etc.) that are not required for flatness and are not allowed to have indentations on the surface. 2) Tooth surface leveling die. Because the teeth are pressed into the blank to form many small plastic deformation dots, it is helpful to completely change the original stress and strain state of the material, so it can reduce the rebound and the leveling effect is good. According to different tooth shapes, tooth surface leveling can be divided into sharp teeth and flat teeth. There are two types of tine tooth shapes: square and diamond. The upper and lower mold teeth should be staggered during operation, otherwise the leveling effect will be poor and the tines will be ground prematurely. If the tines are pressed into the surface of the part, there will be deep indentation, and the part is easy to stick to the mold. This kind of mold is mainly used for materials with high flatness requirements, strong and hard materials, and the surface is allowed to have indentations or sheet thickness (δu003d 3~15mm) metal stamping parts are leveled.
