One Stop Solution Manufacturer for all kind of Stamping Products and CNC lathed products.
Government agencies guide consumption through the purchase of water-saving products, set an example for ordinary consumers in purchasing water-saving products, and promote the development of the overall market to more efficient and water-saving products, and ultimately form a society-wide water-saving trend.
Scope of application
The scope of products applicable to this guide: faucets (commonly known as faucets) installed on the hot and cold water supply pipelines in building facilities, the water supply pressure is not greater than 0.6MPa, and the medium temperature is not greater than 90.
This guide does not apply to cast iron spiral lifting nozzles.
This guide divides faucet products into non-contact faucets, foot-operated faucets, delayed self-closing faucets, ceramic sheet sealed faucets and other faucets.
Water Saving Evaluation Index
To evaluate the water-saving index of the faucet, the main consideration is its maximum water flow index and product life index, as shown in the following table.
1. Non-contact faucet
The maximum flow rate is 0.15L/s (not applicable to bathtubs and washing machine taps)
After the off time is out of use, the water will stop automatically within 2s
Switch life 150,000 times
2. Foot-operated faucet
Maximum flow rate 0.15L/s (not applicable to bathtub, washing machine tap)
Life 300,000 times (life of rotary outlet pipe 80,000 times)
3. Delay self-closing faucet
The maximum flow rate is 0.15L/s (not applicable to bathtubs and washing machine taps)
1L water supply per time
Life 300,000 times
4. Ceramic sheet sealing faucet
The maximum flow rate is 0.15L/s (not applicable to bathtubs and washing machine taps)
Life 200,000 times (single-handle dual-control faucet> 70,000 cycles, change-over switch life of 30,000 times, rotary outlet pipe life of 80,000 times)
5. Other taps
Maximum flow rate 0.15L/s (not applicable to bathtub, washing machine tap)
Life of 300,000 times (life of transfer switch is 30,000 times, life of rotary outlet pipe is 80,000 times)
Purchase method and identification method
Various types of faucets can be purchased from manufacturers or distributors, but when buying water-saving faucets, you should look for the water-saving certification mark. Each faucet that has passed water-saving certification is affixed Festival word sign.
Purchase tips
The induction faucet will automatically cut off the water after the user removes the hand, which will save a considerable amount of water.
The delayed self-closing faucet can realize quantitative water supply, saving a lot of water.
Gently try to open and close the faucet sealed by the ceramic sheet with your hands. If the hand feels easy and the left and right are smooth, it means that its porcelain core is hard and wear-resistant.
A bubbler (filter net) is installed in the faucet. The general bubble mouth uses steel mesh, and the better bubble mouth uses ABS (environmental protection engineering plastics). Generally speaking, a good bubbler can effectively filter the sound of running water, there are more bubbles, and the water will not splash.
Use tips
Check the faucet frequently to see if it is leaking.
The telescopic faucet should prevent the hose from being damaged or broken.
If the amount of water flowing out of the faucet is small and the water level is abnormal, it means that there is debris in the filter at the outlet of the faucet. Remove the filter and replace it after cleaning to improve it.
If the water pressure is not lower than 0.02mpa, after a period of use, if the water output is found to decrease, or even the water heater is turned off, you can gently unscrew the filter cover at the water outlet of the faucet , Eliminate impurities, and generally recover as before.
Don't switch the faucet with too much force, just turn it gently, don't need to spend a lot of effort to screw it to death. In particular, do not use the handle as an armrest to support or use.
The metal hose of the shower head of the bathtub faucet should be kept in a natural stretched state, and do not coil it around the faucet when not in use. At the same time, when in use or not, be careful not to form a dead angle at the joint between the hose and the valve body, so as not to break or damage the hose.
