Analysis of the causes of surface scratches after bending: ① The surface of the raw material is not smooth. ②The bending radius of the punch is too small. ③The bending gap is too small. Solution: ①Improve the finish of the upper and lower molds. ②Increase the bending radius of the upper mold. ③Adjust the bending gap 2. Analysis of the cause of the problem of 'corrosion pits' and 'skinning' on the surface of the bending parts: due to the presence of bubbles or rain in the sheet itself, the phenomenon of 'skinning' and 'corrosion pits' will appear during processing, which is generally very It is difficult to detect with the naked eye, and this situation rarely occurs. Analysis of the cause of the bending springback problem: In the process of processing materials of different materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy), if the equipment programming parameters are adjusted to the same, the springback of the material will be greatly changed, or The angle is too small, or the angle is too large. Solution: According to the different materials of the bending material (carbon steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel), the equipment programming selects the material to be processed, adjusts the bending angle, and solves the springback problem. 5. Analysis of the causes of cracks on the surface of the bending forming material: ①The inner radius of the bend is too small. ②The grain direction of the material is parallel to the bending line. ③The burr side of the blank faces outwards. ④The metal has poor plasticity. Solution: ①Check that the cutting pattern of the material must be perpendicular to the bending direction. ②There should be no steel stamp on the surface of the material. ③The jaws around the material parts need to be polished with burrs. ④Right-angle molding materials cannot be flattened or folded. ⑤Choose suitable molds for bending operations, and can't be used with precision machines. 6. Analysis of the cause of the indentation problem on the surface of the bending part: ①The V groove of the lower die is small. ② The R angle of the V groove of the lower die is small. ③The material is too soft. Solution: ①Repair the mold to increase the fillet of the mold. ②Use a non-indentation lower die to bend or use an anti-indentation pad between the lower die and the sheet, or the material itself has a protective film (common in stainless steel). ③Using large V-groove processing.
