The upper die seat: hanging die lock punch, equipped with guide sleeve, strong pressure spring, shock isolation and buffering, the mold will produce greater vibration during the high-speed production process, and the die seat can It has a cushioning force, so the thickness of the mold base needs to be thicker than other templates, generally about 50. S45# steel is used. The material is not heat-treated and the hardness is relatively soft, which can protect the punch platform; 2. Upper backing plate: mainly cushions the punch , The upper die base 45# steel raw material is relatively soft, if the punch directly touches the die base, it is easy to produce pits, so replace it with a backing plate. Before assembling the mold, the through hole should be chamfered and deburred; 3. The upper splint: install a pair The role of the guide sleeve and the fixed punch is also called the punch fixed plate. The template hole can be chamfered; 4. Stop plate: The function of locking the guide needle and the stripping plate into the block, the inner hole and the periphery of the template can be chamfered ; 5. Stripping board: its purpose is to place the unloading blade to ensure the accuracy of the position. When the punch is cut, the force provided by the unloading spring separates the punch from the stamping material. 6. Lower template: The lower template is also called the knife edge fixed plate, which is used to fix the knife edge of the lower mold into the block, the bending mold, the floating material block, the guide plate, and the auxiliary guide sleeve. The template frame mouth is not allowed to be chamfered, and the rest can be chamfered; 7. Bottom plate: the function of cushioning the lower mold parts, the front of the blanking through hole cannot be chamfered, to prevent the chamfer from being too large and easily jamming the waste and causing blockage. The remaining holes can be chamfered, but the back of the floating pin through hole is chamfered It can't be too big, as long as the burr is inverted; 8. Lower mold base: The function of the lower mold base is similar to that of the upper mold base. The mold is divided into upper mold base, upper backing plate, upper splint, stop baffle, stripping board, lower template, lower backing plate, and lower mold base in order from top to bottom. The above is only the most basic, and there is no generalization of any template. The mold structure determines the role of the template. According to the actual application, some boards will be omitted. If the stripping board does not need to add inserts, the stop baffle can be omitted. If the stroke is not enough, add up and down shim irons, kicking boards, kicking rods, and up and down pallets.
