Analyze the manufacturability of drawing parts

Compared with castings and forgings, drawing parts have the advantages of being thin, light, uniform and strong. Because of the use of precision molds, the workpiece accuracy of the drawing parts can generally reach the micron level. Next, I will introduce the manufacturability of drawing parts:

  1) The shape of the stretched part should be as simple and symmetrical as possible, and it should be deep drawn at one time as much as possible;

  2) For parts that need to be drawn multiple times, under the premise of ensuring the necessary surface quality, the inner and outer surfaces should be allowed to have traces that may be produced during the drawing process;

   3) Under the premise of ensuring the assembly requirements, a certain slope of the side wall of the tensile member should be allowed;

  4) The distance between the bottom or flange of the stretched piece and the side wall of the hole should be appropriate;

  5) The corner radius of the bottom and the wall, the flange and the wall, and the four corners of the rectangular part should be appropriate. Take the corner radius of the bottom and the wall of the stretching part 1pru003d1.5mm, mm5.1r2pu003d, pull The fillet radius between the flange of the extension piece and the wall mm2rd1u003d, mm5.1r2du003d;

  6) The dimensions of tensile parts should be marked with guaranteed external dimensions or internal dimensions, and internal external dimensions cannot be marked at the same time. For stretched parts with steps, the dimension in the height direction should generally be based on the bottom. If the upper part is the benchmark, the height dimension is not easy to guarantee.   7) Tolerance of tensile parts, the dimensional accuracy of tensile parts should be below T13, not higher than IT11. Check the table to determine that the precision grade of this drawing part is IT12~IT13. The blank thickness of the drawing part is tu003d0.5mm, and the wall thickness tolerance requirements of the drawing part should not exceed the wall thickness change rule of the drawing process.

   8) The material of the drawing part, the material used for deep drawing generally requires good plasticity, low yield ratio, large plate thickness directivity coefficient and small plate plane directivity.
