When the pressure reaches the alarm point set by the spring, the spring starts to be compressed, the mounting seat and the segment move up, the terminal and the contact are separated, and it is a switching state. The tightness of the switch determines the reliability of the switch. The sealing of the switch system is mainly ensured by the pressing force between the sealing ring under the diaphragm and the upper part. The pressure switch is generally designed as a top-end closed form, which is matched in the pre-designed interior. Under the premise of the relationship, this structure can ensure good stability. The design points of the sealing system mainly require a stable mechanical system to provide continuous pressing force for the diaphragm. The alarm point of the pressure switch can be adjusted by the adjustment screw at the top. The screw compresses the adjustment spring. The reaction force of the spring makes the alarm point move up. Therefore, the alarm point of the switch is guaranteed by adjusting the reaction force of the spring. The stability of the alarm point needs to ensure that the adjusting spring does not fail due to fatigue work. The spring anti-fatigue medicine needs a load-bearing structure to withstand the external force that damages the spring.
