Therefore, the tensile strength of the anchor bolt is the tensile strength of the round steel itself, and the size equal to the cross-sectional area multiplied by the tensile strength planning value (140MPa) is the allowable tensile bearing capacity during planning. The tensile strength is to multiply its cross-sectional area (which should be the effective area of u200bu200bthe thread at this moment) by the tensile strength of the steel (Q235 tensile strength is 235MPa). Since the planned value is biased towards safety, the tensile force during planning is less than the tensile force.

2. Inspection request for embedded anchor bolts:

(1) The orientation and elevation of the embedded anchor bolts and the length of the exposed foundation shall meet the requirements of Sting Drawing.

(2) The nuts and washers of the anchor bolts are matched, and the threads and nuts of the embedded anchor bolts should be well maintained.

(3) T-head anchor bolts and foundation slabs should be used in accordance with the specifications. The foundation slabs of buried T-head anchor bolts should be firm and smooth, and the polished part of the anchor bolts and the foundation slab should be painted with anti-rust paint.

(4) The strength of the foundation concrete for installing the expansion anchor bolts shall not be less than 10MPa, and the cracked parts of the foundation concrete or reinforced concrete shall not be used for expansion anchor anchor bolts.
