7. Before pressing riveting, it is necessary to confirm in time whether the external markings of the pressing riveting parts used in the production line and the physical objects (materials, specifications and models) in the packaging bag meet the requirements of the drawings, and whether there is mixing in the packaging bag.
8. Pay attention to the pressure riveting parts that are near the bending edge or the mold forming edge, especially the thread and appearance (deformation).
9. After pressing riveting, conduct random sampling inspections on the material, specifications, models and threads of the pressure riveting parts on the product, whether they meet the requirements of the drawings, whether there is pressure leakage, wrong pressure, wrong position pressure, pressure mixing and other phenomena.
10. After the pressure riveting, the thread of the pressure riveting parts must be qualified, pass the regulation, and stop the regulation.
11. After the pressure riveting is completed, it is necessary to check whether the flatness is within the range. If it exceeds the standard, it needs to be transferred to the fitter for shape correction.
12. There are a large number of pressure riveting studs and screws for a single product. Some products will make special jigs for pressure riveting, and a special inspection jig is required to check whether there are any defects such as leakage or wrong pressure.
