Everyone also understands that electroplating plants produce more electroplated products. Many products are mixed together. If we have a relatively small number of screws. 1. It is difficult to meet the quality requirements of various aspects of electroplating of different screws under conventional electroplating process conditions;
2. The specifications of the hardware screws are too close, the size and length seem to be the same. Such hardware screws have to be electroplated separately. Otherwise, when the plating is good, it is not easy to divide, and the selection is not good.
3. Heavier screws and lighter screws, smaller screws and larger screws must be plated separately. Otherwise, the two may be encountered during the electroplating process, resulting in damage to the screws.
4. Screws are easy to be stuck together. Two kinds of screws should be separated for electroplating. Otherwise, the screws of two different specifications and models will get stuck together and form a ball during electroplating. Easily lead to failure of electroplating. Even after plating, it is difficult for us to separate the two types of screws.
