1. Countermeasures:   ★Solve the problems of chip jumping, chip blockage, jamming, etc.;   ★Pay attention to feeding, trim the material belt in time, and clean up the mold in time;   ★Modify the design to increase the overall strength of the punch and reduce the size of the straight edge of the die. Pay attention to the slope or arc on the edge of the punch blade, and the small part is cut back;   ★The length of the small punch is shortened compared to the larger punch by more than one material thickness;   ★Modify the design;   ★Control the processing accuracy of the convex and concave mold or modify the design gap, Properly increase the punching clearance of small parts;   ★Adjust the amount of oil droplets or change the oil type;   ★Check the accuracy of each forming part, and adjust or replace it to control the processing accuracy;   ★Research or replace;   ★Replace the guide post and guide Cover, pay attention to daily maintenance;   ★Replace the material and use the appropriate hardness.
