In the first case, if the material is turned or twisted during the stamping process, the problem is mainly due to the impact of the punching force. During the blanking process, because there is a certain blanking gap, the material will be stretched on the side of the concave die and compressed on the side close to the convex die. Under normal circumstances, the phenomenon of overturning of stamping parts is mainly caused by the stretching of the material on the die surface. Therefore, in the blanking process, the material must be pressed and compressed as much as possible. So, what measures should we take to avoid this kind of problem? In fact, in response to this problem, we can take several different methods, such as optimizing mold design to ensure the accuracy of stamping parts; or adopting methods to hold down the material so that the unloading plate remains stable during stamping while pressing The material is tight; a strong pressure function can also be added to reduce the probability of such problems during punching; or in daily mold production, the sharpness of the punching convex and concave die cutting edges can be protected. In the second case, if there is a problem of turning or twisting during the bending process, then we should take corresponding measures according to the specific reasons. For example, if it is caused by the burrs of the stamping parts produced during punching, the punching edge should be trimmed and the punching gap should be within the normal range. If the problem is caused by instability during the bending process, then we need to guide the product before bending and during the bending process, and press the material during the bending process, thereby This problem can be solved well by avoiding the slippage of the stamping parts.
