Today, the author will give you an analysis of the reasons for the concave arc surface on the surface of the stamping parts. 1) In general stamping dies, when the blank is initially subjected to the working pressure of the mold base, it will cause ductile warping, resulting in a concave arc surface under the mold base. If the gap is moderate, the shear cracks will start immediately, and the ductile warpage will basically disappear. When the gap is too large, the blank material is severely bent and stretched at the knife edge, the shear cracks are delayed, and the warpage cannot be removed, leaving the stamping part to become a concave arc surface. When the film is too large, because the specifications of the stamped parts falling into the cavity edge slightly exceed the specifications of the hole edge, the workpiece will warp due to squeezing, and a concave arc surface will also be produced. The way to remove the arc surface is to install edging equipment and ductile ejector equipment in the stamping die to prevent ductile warping. When the gap is trimmed, the concave arc surface of the workpiece can be removed. 2) The straight wall section of the cavity side has a reflective finish or the total area of u200bu200bthe top plate and the workpiece is small, resulting in a concave arc surface of the workpiece. The removal method is to repair the reflective finish of the cavity wall and remove the top material plate. 3) When the stamping parts are complicated in style, the unevenness of the stamping force near the workpiece will cause the workpiece to warp unevenly. The method of removal is to expand the blank holder force. 4) The presence of organic oil, gas or dirt between the stamping die and the stamping parts can also cause tensile strain on the stamping parts, especially for thin and soft workpieces. The method of removal is to pay attention to the daily cleaning work. When there is gas, the venting scheme can be designed on the stamping die.
