Causes of cracks in metal stamping die

Quenching and tempering treatment: Poor heat treatment and quenching processing technology causes deformation. From the analysis and statistical analysis of mold invalidation, it is known that the 'safety accidents' of mold invalidity caused by thermal negligence account for about 40%. 5.
