Use and attention

1. Check by listening: Before installing the blade, hook the blade with a finger and hang it in the air. Use a wooden hammer to tap the blade a few times and listen to the sound. If there is a dull sound, there are often cracks. The use of this blade is forbidden to avoid accidents!

2. Running speed: The working speed of the foot cutter should be limited to 4500 rpm or less.

3. Blade installation: The rotation axis must be accurately aligned with the center of the blade. After the blade is installed, there should be no deception. When installing the blade, the blade and mechanical installation surface should be carefully cleaned, and no cutting materials, dust or other impurities should be left. , Then fix the blade.

4. Install the protective device: The protective cover must be installed before the blade runs (the blade studio should be surrounded by baffles, steel plates, rubber and other protective equipment).

5. Test machine: After the blade is installed, run the machine empty for 5 minutes and observe carefully. Vibration or other abnormal sounds are absolutely not allowed. If there is, stop the machine immediately to check the cause before use.

6. Blade storage method; it is strictly forbidden to write or mark on the blade with electric engraving or other scratching methods. The cutting edge of the blade is very sharp, but it is very brittle. Avoid the blade from being hit. The ready-to-use blade should be stored properly. Don't just put it aside.
