Since the stamping speed varies with many factors such as the tonnage of the press, the length and number of strokes of the slider, the process structure of the product and the performance of the material, the speed and accuracy of the automatic feeding, it is difficult to divide the levels with simple numbers Luo Baihui said that at present, the speed range of high-speed precision presses has not yet been clearly defined in the world. Usually, the stamping speed is 5-10 times higher than that of ordinary presses as high-speed precision stamping. From the perspective of the application of high-speed precision presses in most Chinese companies, the stroke speed is the average of the lowest and highest strokes of the slider or a stroke speed greater than 10-20% of the average is a more reasonable and meaningful standard. . Because the highest stroke number of the slider of a high-speed precision press generally refers to the number of strokes without load. When the number of strokes reaches a certain value, the imbalance phenomenon of the press during operation will increase significantly, and the dynamic change of the bottom dead center of the slider will also be greater. In this way, it is necessary to solve the coil quality, feeding speed, mold performance and life, A series of technical issues such as equipment strength, rigidity and accuracy, automatic monitoring and stability of faults, vibration and noise, and lubrication and cooling systems.
