The oil level should be slightly lower than the center of the lowest rolling element.

2. The dripping oil of NSK bearing is smooth

Drip oil is suitable for NSK bearing parts that require a quantitative supply of smooth oil. The amount of dripping oil is preferably one drop every 3-8 seconds. Excessive oil volume will cause the bearing temperature to increase.

3. The circulating oil of the NSK bearing is smooth

Use an oil pump to transport the filtered oil to the NSK bearing parts, and then use the smooth oil after passing through the bearing after filtering and cooling. Because circulating oil can take away a certain amount of heat and reduce the temperature of the bearing, this method is suitable for bearing parts with higher speeds.

4. The spray of NSK bearing is smooth

The dry contracted air is mixed with the smooth oil through the sprayer to cause oil mist, which radiates into the NSK bearing. The airflow can effectively cool the bearing and avoid the intrusion of impurities. This method is suitable for the smoothing of high-speed and low-temperature bearing components.

5. The radiation of NSK bearing is smooth

Use an oil pump to inject low-pressure oil into the NSK bearing through a nozzle, and the oil injected into the bearing flows into the oil groove through the other end of the bearing. When the bearing rotates at a high speed, the rolling elements and the cage also cause the surrounding air to cause airflow at a relatively high rotation speed. It is difficult to send the smooth oil to the bearing with a few smooth methods. At this time, it is necessary to spray the smooth oil by low pressure radiation In the bearing, the position of the nozzle should be placed between the inner ring and the center of the cage.
