Generally, the diameter of raw material can be processed from 1.0mm to 25mm.Raw materials include beryllium copper (heat treatment required), phosphor bronze, copper, brass, stainless steel, iron, aluminum, etc.All raw materials comply with international RoHS standards.

According to the drawings, different surface treatment requirements such as nickel plating, tin plating, gold plating, silver plating, etc., will be applied to the product. The product can also be passivated, anodized, degreased and be processed with other surface treatments to meet the technical parameters of different products.
