The customer's urging phone keeps ringing every day, and he has to urge raw materials and electroplating plants every day. Every day, he can't make the delivery, but most of them are 'busy'. 2. The produced metal stamping parts were unqualified and made the same mistake within a few days. There is a constant cycle of corrections and corrections. 3. Raw materials, semi-finished products, scraps, and finished products are placed disorderly in the stamping workshop. When raw materials are needed, it takes a long time to find them. 4. After the stamping parts are produced, the corresponding raw materials, tools, and spare parts cannot be cleaned up in time after replacing the stamping die, which is a mess. 5. Stamping workers are not allowed to operate the punch press in accordance with safety regulations, and it can be seen that workers are operating in violation of regulations at any time. Workers are inefficient in production and do not obey the arrangements. Second, the solution to the problem. 1. After deciding the production schedule with the customer, you must customize the production plan in advance, and purchase the required raw materials according to the production plan in the first time. Raw material suppliers must choose regular manufacturers. 2. The quality of stamping parts must be stable. After a problem occurs, a meeting of the technology, production, and quality inspection parts must be organized to find out the cause of the problem and quickly determine the solution. 3. Make an overall plan for the hardware stamping workshop, set up a raw material area, a semi-finished product area, and a finished product area, and each area cannot interfere with each other. 4. After the metal stamping parts of a certain specification are produced, the stamping die should be marked and placed in the die storage area. 5. It is necessary to conduct production training for workers from time to time, and continuously strengthen workers' awareness of safe production.
