It is due to the low melt temperature or low mold temperature, and insufficient injection pressure, which causes the glass fiber to not be well combined with the plastic in the glue, causing pan-fiber to appear. Increase the melt temperature and mold temperature, and increase the injection pressure. 7. The influence of the temperature of the feed inlet on the product. Too high or too low temperature at the feed port will cause the machine to return unstable materials, make the feed volume unstable, and affect the size and appearance of the product. 8. Reasons and solutions for white spots in transparent products. Transparent products have white spots caused by cold glue in the product, or dust in the material. Increase the nozzle temperature, add cooling wells, and save the raw materials to prevent dust from entering. 9. Product deformation problem Product deformation is mainly caused by unbalanced heat shrinkage, or product deformation due to the internal stress of the product itself. 10. Importance of setting the loosening and retreating position If the loosening and retreating position is set too large, it will cause the return material to absorb oxygen, oxidize the rubber compound and generate bubbles.
