Choose appropriate materials and process plans to lubricate and reduce friction. 3. The reason for the inconsistency of the shape and size of the stamping and drawing parts: In addition to taking measures to reduce springback caused by inaccurate positioning, the reliability of the positioning of the blank should also be improved. Solution: The processing shape of stamping and stretching should be as simple and symmetrical as possible, and the shape should be stretched and formed at one time as much as possible. 4. The hole of the tensile member with holes is stretched and cracked. The reason: the hole diameter is too large, so that the material around the hole is subjected to high tensile stress, resulting in cracking. Solution: Change the forming process sequence, stretch forming first, and then punch holes at the bottom. 5. The reason for the wrinkle and instability of the upper edge of the cylindrical stretched part: the radius of the round corner of the die is too large, which causes the gap between the die and the punch to be too large, or the blank holder force is too small. Solution: Increase the blank holder force and reduce the fillet radius of the die.
