Common problems and treatment methods of anchor bolts

Many mechanical equipment installations will use anchor bolts. When installing mechanical equipment, anchor bolts often encounter three problems: anchor bolt deviation, elevation deviation and anchor bolt letterpress. The following are the solutions to these three major issues:

1. Elimination of anchor bolt deviation

Treatment of center distance deviation. When the deviation of the center distance of the anchor bolt exceeds the allowable value, first use a chisel to remove the concrete around the thread, and the depth of the removal is 8-15 times the diameter of the anchor bolt, and then heat the anchor bolt with oxyacetylene flame to correct the bending part to 850 At around ℃, use a sledgehammer and jack to calibrate. After meeting the requirements, weld the steel plate at the bent part to prevent the bolt from being straightened after being stressed. Finally, refill concrete.

2. Treatment of elevation deviation

If the positive deviation of the elevation of the anchor bolt exceeds the allowable range, a part of it should be cut off, and the thread should be reprocessed. If the elevation of the anchor bolt has a negative deviation and does not exceed 15mm, a part of the concrete should be chiseled first, and then the outer part of the anchor bolt thread should be burned and elongated with an oxyacetylene flame, and two welded on both sides of the reduced diameter part Reinforced steel bars or thin tubes. If the negative deviation exceeds 15mm, the anchor bolt should be cut off, and a new bolt should be re-welded, and then 4 steel bars should be welded in the butt welding, and the concrete should be re-poured after treatment. 3. Treatment of anchor bolt traps

When tightening the anchor bolts, the bolts were pulled out of the equipment foundation due to excessive force, making the equipment installation impossible. At this time, the concrete in the middle of the bolt needs to be chiseled off, and then two cross U-shaped steel bars are welded and filled with concrete to fix the bolt again.
