CNC punching: with imported turret CNC punching machine, CNC punching is mainly for the thinner product processing materials, generally materials below 2.5mm are more suitable, sheet metal processing workpieces have more holes or need to open special molds to process workpieces. When the batch is large, using CNC stamping has certain cost advantages. 4. Bending: After the workpiece is loaded with good materials, if most of it needs to be bent and formed, the CNC bending machine not only has a fast speed, but also a more accurate workpiece processing. 5. Welding forming: The workpiece generally needs to be assembled and formed after the material is loaded. There are many ways of assembling. Some are directly formed by non-welding processes such as screws and riveting. Generally, the sheet metal of the mechanical shell is mostly formed by welding.
