Causes wrinkles. 3. Process management Sometimes the stamping products are damaged due to the defects of the blank surface. Therefore, the blanks that have passed the inspection can be stamped and formed. The inspection of the stamped products also requires surface flaw detection. In the whole process of stretching, the sheet should flow at an effective rate. If the tassel of the sheet is too slow, it will cause the parts to crack. When the stripping equipment is selected, the stripping equipment removes the material for its effect. For this reason, the fluidity of the material can be adjusted very well. For the complicated oblique drawing parts, the axial tensile stress should be raised to control the wrinkling; for the deep drawing parts with large stretching distance, it should be set at a position with less material, so as to avoid wrinkling.
