★ This CNC machining part is made of Brass (Cuzn38pb2).
★ After turning and milling processes, parts need to be plated bright nickel for the sake of improving connecting function and resistance of oxidation.Finally, it is necessary to use the automaton to shrink.
★ The body of contact pin has high requirement for roughness which will affect the function of connecting.
★ No pollution to environment. Part complies with RoHS.
★ We are using 5 axis automatic lathes to produce.
★ Parts can pass 24 H salt spray test.
