1. Material guide plate The material guide plate is a fixed structure, and is generally designed with ejector pins or ejector blocks. When the escape hole depth of the stripper is too large, it will affect For template strength, if you must use a guide plate design, you need to change the stripper thickness design to increase the strength of the stripper. Therefore, stamping products with a higher ejection height are generally required, and the guide plate design is not suitable. 2. Floating pin Floating pin is the use of a floating pin structure, a material groove is made on the upper edge of the floating pin, as a material track, this groove also has the function of forced material removal. Floating dual-purpose pins are standard parts of stamping hardware, generally set with standard specifications and sizes, and set and use according to the hardware parts model catalog. 3. Square guide pin The function of the square guide pin is the same as the floating pin, except that the square guide pin has an additional guide pin hole than the floating pin. This design also has the function of forced material removal. The square guide pin uses the ground C angle as the depth fixing adjustment method, and the lifting lug type can also be used as the ejection height adjustment method. The square guide pin can not only be used as a single guide pin hole, but also can be used as multiple guide pin holes on the square guide pin. 4. External auxiliary guide device This kind of mechanism is often used outside the mold. When the length of the leading material of the mold is insufficient or the front edge of the mold is too long from the feeder, an external auxiliary guide mechanism is generally added to ensure that the feeder is in the feeding process. Accuracy. The external auxiliary guide device is generally fixed, the feeding plane and the lower mold surface are equal (or slightly lower), and the auxiliary guide mechanism will be locked on the template or mold base. 5. When the stamping products leave the mold together with the material belt, there will be equipment to collect the stamping products at the back, because the stamped products are not like materials with only flat surfaces, but have complex shapes. Therefore, when designing continuous material belts, A material guide mechanism is generally set at the end of the mold.
