Design of plastic wood stainless steel buckle position

The design of the buckle is generally inseparable from the cantilever type method, and the extension of the cantilever type is a ring buckle or a ball buckle. The so-called cantilever type actually uses the flexural deformation characteristics of the plastic itself to return to its original shape after elastic recovery. The design of the buckle position needs to be calculated. For example, the force applied during assembly and the gradual behavior of stress concentration after assembly must be considered from the characteristics of the plastic. The commonly used cantilever buckle position is a constant section. If the cantilever deformation is to be larger, a gradual section can be used, and the thickness of one side can be gradually reduced to half of the original.
