Design of stamping form of continuous die stamping products

1. The stamping product is separated from the material belt, and the direct drop type    is directly punched down at the end of the stamping die, and the stamping product and the material belt are separated. After this kind of stamping products are directly washed, they are semi-finished products by shaking and cleaning. This design is widely used in similar motor terminals, hardware parts, LCD parts, hard disk components and so on. 2. The stamping product is still tied to the material belt. The stamping product is connected to the material belt and leaves the mold together. The stamping product and the material belt are connected together. There is a material collecting machine behind the stamping die to collect the stamping products connected to the material belt with a jig. . Such stamping products generally need to be electroplated, wire-bonded, etc... post-process processing, so they need to be connected to the material belt for other processes. This approach is mostly used in terminal products. 3. The stamped product is tied to the material belt, but the stamped product can be directly peeled off by hand. The stamped product is connected to the material belt and leaves the mold together. The stamped product and the material tape are connected together. The difference from the terminal is that the stamped product and the material tape can be peeled off by hand . This kind of product also needs post-process processing such as electroplating, so the stamped product needs to be connected to the tape. When assembling, the stamped product only needs to be peeled off the tape or use other jigs, simple molds, etc.... to assemble with the plastic part. After peeling, it is a semi-finished product. Generally, similar shrapnel, USB connectors, connector shells, etc. are used in this way.
