Design steps of multi-station progressive die

The design step diagram of the multi-station progressive die is as follows:    1) Accept the design task, study the original data, and collect the relevant data.  ① One copy of the pressed product drawing and mold design task book are required.  ② Technical data and prototypes for trial production of stamping products. Such as the unfolded size of the bent part, each process part of the bending process; the blank size of the drawn part, the number of drawing times and the size of the process part.   2) Perform process calculations. The collected data and information will be calculated according to the force state in the multi-station progressive die, and the relevant data will be modified.  3) Draw the expanded drawing of the parts, design the strip layout drawing and conduct the process review.  4) Mold structure design and drawing assembly sketches.  5) Draw mold assembly drawings, parts drawings, and write mold maintenance instructions. The contents of the manual: the selected press, the mold closing height, the outline size, the specified stroke range and the number of punching per minute, etc.; the selection of the automatic feeding mechanism type, the feeding step and the tolerance; the installation and adjustment points: the mold sharpening and maintenance points (which The punch or die needs to be removed for sharpening, how to adjust the height difference of each working part after sharpening). There should be a parts list for wearing parts and spare parts. The manual and a full set of mold materials are handed to the user.
