There are many types of precision drawing parts. Due to their different shapes, the position of the deformation zone, the nature of the deformation, the stress and strain state and distribution law of each part of the blank are quite different, and they are essentially different. 1. During the stretching process, the flange part of the blank is the main deformation zone, and the remaining part only undergoes a small amount of deformation, but it has to withstand and transmit the tensile force, so it is the force transmission zone; 2. The deformation zone is subjected to tangential compressive stress and diameter. Tensile stress acts to produce tangential compression and radial elongation. When the degree of deformation is large, instability and wrinkling mainly occur in the deformation zone. 3. The wall thickness of the precision drawing parts is uneven, the mouth wall thickness is slightly thicker, the bottom wall thickness is slightly thinner, and the corners near the bottom become thinner; 4. The hardness of each part of the precision drawing parts is different , The mouth has a large degree of deformation and severe cold work hardening, so the hardness is high; while the bottom deformation is small, and the cold work hardening is small, so the degree is also low.
