Detailed description and characteristics of the four types of joint bearings

1. Angular contact joint bearing

GAC-S type inner and outer rings are made of hardened bearing steel, and the outer ring has oil grooves and oil holes. It can bear radial load and axial (combined) load in one direction.

Two, thrust joint bearing

GX-S type shaft washer and seat ring are both hardened bearing steel; seat ring has oil groove and oil hole. It can withstand axial load or combined load in one direction (at this time, its radial load value shall not be greater than 0.5 times the axial load value).

Three, rod end joint bearing

(1) SI-E type is an assembly of GE-E type bearing and rod end. The rod end is provided with internal threads, and the material is carbon structural steel; there is no lubricating oil groove. It can bear radial load and axial load less than or equal to 0.2 times of radial load in any direction.

(2) SA-E type is an assembly of GE-E type bearing and rod end. The rod end has an external thread and the material is carbon structural steel; there is no lubricating oil groove, and it can bear radial load and axial load less than or equal to 0.2 times the radial load in any direction.

(3) SI-ES type is an assembly of GE-ES type bearing and rod end. The rod end is provided with internal threads, and the material is carbon structural steel; there is a lubricating oil groove. It can bear radial load and axial load less than or equal to 0.2 times of radial load in any direction.

(4) SA-ES type is an assembly of GE-ES type bearing and rod end. The rod end has an external thread, and the material is carbon structural steel; there is a lubricating oil groove. It can bear radial load and axial load less than or equal to 0.2 times of radial load in any direction.

(5) SIB-S rod end with internal thread, the material is carbon structural steel; the inner ring is hardened bearing steel; there is a lubricating oil groove. It can bear radial load and axial load less than or equal to 0.2 times of radial load in any direction.

(6) SAB-S rod end is with external thread, the material is carbon structural steel; the inner ring is hardened bearing steel; there is a lubricating oil groove. It can bear radial load and axial load less than or equal to 0.2 times of radial load in any direction.

(7) SQ-type is ball joint and rod end joint bearing, the rod end is carbon structural steel; the ball joint is carburized steel. It can bear radial load and small axial load in any direction.

Four, self-lubricating radial joint bearings

(1) GE-C and GE-T extruded outer rings, the sliding surface of the outer ring is made of sintered bronze composite material; the inner ring is made of hardened bearing steel, and the sliding surface is plated with hard chromium. Limited to small size bearings. The outer ring is made of bearing steel, and the sliding surface is a layer of PTFE fabric; the inner ring is made of hardened bearing steel, and the sliding surface is plated with hard chromium. It can bear the load with the same direction, and can bear the small axial load in any direction while bearing the radial load.

(2) GE-CS-2Z outer ring is made of bearing steel, sliding surface is sintered bronze composite material; inner ring is hardened bearing steel, sliding surface is plated with hard chromium; both sides have dust cover. It can bear the load with the same direction, and can bear the small axial load in any direction while bearing the radial load.

(3) GEEW-T outer ring is made of bearing steel, the sliding surface is a layer of PTFE fabric; the inner ring is hardened bearing steel, and the sliding surface is plated with hard chromium. It can bear the load with the same direction, and can bear the small axial load in any direction while bearing the radial load.

(4) GE-F type outer ring is hardened bearing steel, sliding surface is glass fiber reinforced plastic with polytetrafluoroethylene as additive; inner ring is hardened bearing steel, sliding surface is plated with hard chromium.

Can withstand moderate radial loads with the same direction.

(5) GE-F2 outer ring is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, and the sliding surface is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic with polytetrafluoroethylene as additive; the inner ring is made of hardened bearing steel, and the sliding surface is plated with hard chromium. It can withstand moderate radial loads with the same direction.

(6) The GE-FSA outer ring is made of medium carbon steel, and the sliding surface is composed of glass fiber reinforced plastic discs with polytetrafluoroethylene as an additive, and is fixed on the outer ring with a retainer; the inner ring is hardened Bearing steel. Used for large and extra large bearings. Can withstand large radial loads.

(7) GE-FIH outer ring is made of hardened bearing steel; inner ring is made of medium carbon steel, and the sliding surface is composed of glass fiber reinforced plastic discs with polytetrafluoroethylene as additive, and is fixed in the inner ring with a retainer On the ring; double half outer ring.
